PATO is early. Three gyms, no decade-long track record, no wall of logos to show you. Pretending otherwise would be insulting — so here is the deal instead.
What’s included, exactly
- Limited to our first 50 gyms. After that, new gyms pay list.
- The 40% applies to your plan and to Classes, Shop and Custom Gamification — not to Access Pro or the store-published branded app.
- You’ll need to invite your members, add your branding, and switch on one engagement automation.
- If half your members aren’t on PATO after 60 days, we’ll either keep working — free — until they are, or refund you in full.
- Adoption is measured on members who activated within 60 days of being invited. A refund covers subscription and add-ons paid in that window.
40% off PATO, for as long as you’re with us
Not an introductory rate that snaps back in six months. Our first 50 gyms pay 40% less than everyone who comes after. Switch the toggle to see what the same plan costs at list.

Let’s talk
priced to your setup
Multiple sites, or something that isn’t quite a gym
Add-ons are 40% off too
Including ones you add later. Classes, Shop and Custom Gamification all carry the founding rate for as long as you keep them.
Two things it doesn’t cover
Access Pro and a store-published branded app. Both are priced at cost from a hardware or app-store layer we don’t mark up, so there’s no margin in them to discount. Everything else PATO builds is 40% off.
Become a founding gym
Tell us about your gym and we’ll hold a place while we talk. No card, no contract, no obligation.
Sixty days. If your members aren’t using it, you choose
If half your members aren’t on PATO within 60 days of being invited, one of these two things happens — and you pick which.
We keep working. Free.
For up to three months, at no charge, until half your members are active. You keep everything you’ve already set up.
Or we refund you in full.
Everything you paid in that 60-day window — subscription and add-ons — back. No proration, no arguing about it.
All we ask is fifteen minutes to understand what didn’t work. That’s a request, not a condition on the money.
A discount that expires is a price rise with a delay
40% off for six months creates a 67% price jump in month seven — right when you’d be forming your first real opinion of us. Holding it permanently removes that cliff entirely. It’s the same headline number as a normal introductory offer, and a materially better deal.
And the adoption guarantee answers the actual question every gym owner asks before switching anything: will my members even use it? We’d rather put our own money on that than argue about it.
Conditions, in plain sight
Everything that qualifies the two promises above. Nothing here is in a footnote anywhere else.
Our first 50 gyms
After that, new gyms pay list. There's no price rise to announce — the list prices above are already what everyone after gym 50 pays.
What the discount covers
The 40% applies to your plan and to Classes, Shop and Custom Gamification — not to Access Pro or the store-published branded app.
What we need from you
Invite your members, add your branding, and switch on one engagement automation. That’s when the adoption window starts counting.
How adoption is measured
On members who activated within 60 days of being invited — logging in and doing something, not just installing it.
What a refund returns
Subscription and add-ons paid in that 60-day window. The free-working extension is capped at three months.
The one thing we ask
A short exit conversation if you take the refund. Not a condition on the money — just something we ask for.
What founding gyms ask
New gyms pay list price — $99, $249 or $499, or a quote for Olympian. There’s no separate “price going up” moment; those numbers are already published.
Yes. If a founding gym on Hatching grows into Runner, the founding rate applies to the new plan too.
Using PATO within 60 days of receiving their invite — logging in and doing something, not just installing it.
No — you choose between the refund and us continuing free (capped at three months) until half your members are active. Whichever you’d rather have.
Both are priced at what the hardware or app-store layer actually charges us, passed through at cost. There’s no margin sitting in those lines to discount.
